AlifBee Participates in International Literacy Day Event in Damascus
AlifBee was pleased to participate in the International Literacy Day event held by the Syrian Ministry of Culture at the National Library in Damascus.
The Role of Digital Technologies in Literacy
AlifBee was represented by Ramez Al-Sammak, Director of Business Development in Syria, who delivered a lecture titled “The Role of Digital Technologies in Literacy.”
The lecture explored how technology, artificial intelligence, and hybrid learning can contribute to the development of literacy programs and create new opportunities for more continuous and measurable learning.
AlifBee has already been exploring this potential through its AI-powered Arabic learning features, which use technology to provide more personalized learning support.
At AlifBee, we believe that technology does not replace the teacher. It can extend the teacher’s impact, help reach more learners, and support learning beyond individual lessons or sessions.
Supporting Literacy and Education in Syria
AlifBee looks forward to contributing its expertise and digital solutions to efforts addressing illiteracy and educational loss in Syria. This builds on AlifBee’s previous educational initiatives in the country, including a technology-supported Arabic learning program for children affected by displacement.
